How staking rewards are compounded

So if you stake 10,000 and make 50 DAG reward...

That 50 rewards in your is taken into account for calculating your rewards in the next snapshot. So in the next snapshot, it will calculate your rewards based on 10050 staked DAG (instead of your initial 10k). So that's how compounding works.
